Don't Forget!

Homeowner association fees are due in January of each year.   Our 2012 dues are now payable.  If you have not paid your 2011 dues, please include an additional $150 (2011 dues + late fee).  You can send a check or money order payable to WGHA at:

Reminder...

If you have not yet paid your 2010 association fees, you need to remit them now in addition to the 2011 dues.

If you fail to pay your dues to the volunteers who now man the association, we will be forced to hire a management company and our dues will increase to cover this cost.   In the end, the Homeowners Association will file a lien on your property. 

Welcome Committee

Would you like to be a part of a welcome committee to welcome new neighbors to our neighborhood?  We would love to have a group of people dedicated to meeting and welcoming our new neighbors, so let us know if you are interested.  Also, do you know of any new neighbors that have moved in?  Please let us know so we can post it on this website and let all our neighbors know!

Common Complaints

The most common complaint reported to the Home Owner Association is golfcarts and ATVs being driven on the roadway.  Please be mindful that golfcarts and ATV's are not authorized to be driven on any of our public streets.  It is a criminal offense.  If  you observe golfcarts or ATV's, please report them to the Jackson Police Department @ 425-8400 or Madison County Sheriffs Department @ 423-6000.

Neighborhood Watch
