We will be adding a map to this website to better assist you in determining which HOA covenants are applicable to you.  Basically, they are all the same, but there may be a minor change to newer areas.  Your deed should reflect the Section your home is in, but if you have questions, feel free to call Kate at 467-6253.

Written Approval...

In accordance with our home owner association restrictive covenants, if you plan on doing any construction to your home or property, you must first obtain written approval from the Home Owner Association to ensure your plans will not violate restrictive covenants.  Failing to ensure compliance may result in costly renovations to correct the violation and subsequent legal fees.   The Willow Green home owner association WILL pursue violations.

Caution ~

No trailers, boats, campers, or commercial vehicles are allowed unless stored in an enclosed garage.   No satellite TV receiver shall be allowed unless in the rear yyard of lot enclosed by stockade type fence.  The HOA Board is aware of several violations and are working to address them.  If you are aware of any violations, please go to the "contact us" page and send an email to our board.
