The next neighborhood event will be a July Pet Parade!  We are offering prizes for participation.  Do you have a pet?   If you do, plan to be in attendance.   Would you like to help us coordinate this event?  If you would like to help or or have suggestions, let us know.

Annual Neighborhood Sale

Our annual neighborhood sale is scheduled for Saturday, May 5th, unless otherwise noted.  All homeowners are encouraged to participate in this event.    The homeowners association will sponsor an ad in the Jackson Sun newspaper to announce the sale and volunteers will post signs throughout the neighborhood and at local major intersections.  Clean out those closets and get rid of unwanted items!    We always need help, so if you can assist putting our signs, please email  us WillowGreenHomeOwners@yahoo.com

Homeowner Association Meeting

The next homeowner association meeting will be January 2013.  The meeting will be held at Grace United Methodist Church, 142 McClellan Road.  Enter from the back parking lot.   The annual election of board members takes place at this meeting.   Homeowner dues are also due in January of each year.  Please make an effort to attend this meeting.  This is where your voice counts.    We are planning to announce the topics of the meeting on this website, so you can preview what issues will be discussed in advance.  This doesn't mean something will not come up at the meeting itself, but it is to give you an idea of what will be on the agenda.   We are also planning to accept input via email, so if you have a topic you need to have addressed, let us know in advance.   Home Owners who are current on their dues will be allowed to vote on specific issues once we get our database established.  Please register your email on the "contact us" page.

We always need volunteers to help with the homeowner association board activities.  Are you a good organizer?  Do you like to plan events?  Do you take good notes?  Can you cook hamburgers?  If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, we could use your talents!  Email us to let us know you can help out.
